Queenspark
Te Hua Mānuka
We have had the privilige of working with the Mixx team for five years and have always enjoyed the experience they provide our tamariki.
It is an excellent game for all schools and we also like the gender inclusivity.
The Mixx team provides educational, structured, progressive and mostly fun activities at school and the tournaments are also awesome!

The akonga at Queenspark Te Hua Mānuka absolutely love korfball.
It has a high level of participation with plenty of ’time on ball’. It's inclusive and builds an excellent level of foundation skills that can be transferred to any sport. Children learn the rules quickly, begin to strategise, and develop their game sense.
The Korfball coaches are outstanding and the Korfball community has a positive and energetic vibe that children and whānau love.

Korfball continues to grow at our school with our students enjoying the opportunity to play on Friday nights & we
also get alot of interest for the SISS Tournaments.
It has been great watching our teams compete strongly, with the skill levels and understanding of the game improving each week.
The environment that the Mixx crew provides has a great vibe that keeps the students wanting more, music, face paints, participation & good time.
Our students LOVE their experience being involved with such an exciting sport that is Korfball - its unique combination of elements from various sports creates a fast-paced and dynamic game.
Our students love the challenge it offers, pushing their physical fitness and strategic thinking. The student’s involvement in Korfball has grown their confidence immensely.
The mixed gender nature provides a fantastic platform for our girls to develop teamwork and communication skills alongside their peers from other schools, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship.
